 POSTER INSTRUCTIONS
Poster Location Wednesday July 23, 2008 starting at 5 PM - 9 PM Posters will be organized in rows by poster category. Selected speakers of concurrent sessions will be listed first. Put your poster on the half side of the board below where your final poster number is located in the corresponding session category. The maximum size allocated for each poster is 4' x 4'. Be sure to use a type size and font that will be easily readable. Poster pins will be provided. Each side can hold two 4' x 4' posters. No electrical or multi-media displays. Do not move the boards or your poster number. If you did not submit your abstract for poster online before the closing of the online site, place your poster in an unnumbered space within the category.
Poster Display Times Please attend your poster during the exclusive poster session times below according to your final poster number. Those with conflicts during the scheduled times may attach notes to their posters listing alternative times when they will attend their posters. Exclusive Poster Sessions Thursday, July 24 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM Poster Session Odd-numbered abstracts presenting Friday, July 25 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM Poster Session Even-numbered abstracts presenting Saturday, July 26 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Lunch with Exhibitors/Open Poster Session Poster Removal All posters must be removed at 12 pm, Sunday, July 27, 2008. Posters not removed by 1 pm will be discarded. Posters not listed in the program book are available online.
