ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Please submit Abstracts on-line through this website. Abstracts can be submitted
for posters or oral presentation consideration. If you submit an abstract for
oral consideration and it is NOT selected, it will become a poster abstract
submission.
The following information is relevant to the submission process.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Abstracts must be submitted online. Emailed and faxed abstracts will not
be accepted.
- The name of the presenter must be indicated, and all presenters must register
for the conference.
- Select the category that is most appropriate for your abstract.
- Indicate whether your abstract is to be considered for a short oral presentation.
- For consideration in a concurrent session, your Abstract must be submitted
by April 30.
- Those selected for oral presentations are also expected to present a poster.
- Oral presentation selections will be posted on the conference website by
June 2.
- Only those Abstracts for which have been submitted by May 30 will
be included in the printed Abstract book.
- Submitters will receive email confirmation of a submission and will be issued
an abstract ID number.
- Abstracts are limited to 2000 characters.
Photographing,
video taping, or recording of any kind IS PROHIBITED (including but not limited
to camera phones and digital devices) The
maximum size allocated for each poster is 4' x 4'. The poster boards will hold
two posters on each side. Posters may be located in several rooms and will be
organized by category.
